SA Cancer Council – Assisting Patients, Funding Research

The SA Cancer Council is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization that supports the fight against cancer in San Antonio. Through fundraising events and direct donations, we have contributed more than $4.5 million to the patients and research of the UT Health Cancer Center.

The CTRC Council will be renamed the SA Cancer Council effective spring 2017 to reflect the transition of the CTRC into the UT Health San Antonio MD Anderson Cancer Center occurring later this year. The SA Cancer Council’s mission will remain the same as it has for more than three decades: to raise funds that support the highest quality cancer research and patient assistance in San Antonio.
